Kershaw Library Selected for NASA @ My Library Program

Seventy-five U.S. public libraries have been selected to receive resources, training and support through NASA@ My Library, a STEM education initiative that will increase and enhance STEM learning opportunities for library patrons throughout the nation, including geographic areas and populations currently underserved in STEM education. Forty-nine states are represented.

Storytellers at the Laurens County Library

Laurens County Public Library system is excited to host two storytellers and singers during the month of March. These programs are a part of the Family Night Out series. Families from around Laurens County are encouraged to come to these events to enjoy activities, story times, and special guests.

State Library to provide free training to public library managers on PLA's Project Outcome

Be a part of a cohort of public libraries interested in implementing Project Outcome to drive change, influence decision making, and demonstrate the true impact of the library’s programs and services on the community. This important workshop will be held at the SC State Museum on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
